What do you value most about writing with Tower Hill?

Tower Hill is a great company, I’ve had an appointment with Tower Hill for about 15 years, and they’re a great agency partner.

One of the things we truly value is that they care about the customer, and that comes through during claims. Our clients give us feedback that they’ve been treated so well by Tower Hill.

During these past few hurricanes (Debby, Helene, & Milton) what sets Tower Hill apart from other providers?

Something that sets Tower Hill apart is that they’re offering ACH payments for claims, so it can go directly into the customer’s bank account. We’ve had a situation with another carrier, where one of our clients filed a flood claim.

Their home was devastated, they had no mailbox, and the post office wasn’t open. The carrier mailed them a check, but it had nowhere to go. Offering ACH as an option is truly a godsend to a lot of these people. It gives them the money right away, and they can start repairing their homes.

Can you talk a little bit about your customers’ experiences with Tower Hill?

Tower Hill treats everyone with excellent customer service. We have a client who has a renter’s policy, and they reached out to us about how impressed they were with the response they received from Tower Hill. They felt like they were getting white glove service. Even though they had a $400 renter’s policy, it was no different than if they had a multimillion dollar home.
