If you receive a Tower Hill Insurance check in the mail with a note to contact someone by text or phone, it may be a scam!
Please be cautious. We’ve received reports of fraudulent Tower Hill Insurance checks being sent to consumers with a promise of a sponsorship or as payment for purchasing items online. A similar scam involves a request to the recipient to cash the check, then give the scammer a fee (i.e., $500) in exchange.
Please contact Tower Hill’s Customer Service Center at 800.342.3407 or call your local law enforcement if you suspect that you’ve received a fraudulent check or have been contacted by someone offering a Tower Hill check in exchange for funds.
