Through partnerships in Gainesville, Kentucky, and Dallas, our teams have helped provide school essentials to hundreds of children over the years in the communities where we live and work.
More Than a Decade of Support in Gainesville
Tower Hill’s partnership with the Southwest Advocacy Group, better known as SWAG, dates back to the nonprofit’s first Back-to-School Bash in 2015. Tower Hill joined other community partners to provide local students with fully stocked backpacks, school supplies, clothing, and a fun day with their families and future teachers.
More than a decade later, the backpack drive remains an important tradition for our Gainesville employees.

Founded in 2010, SWAG is a Gainesville nonprofit created by local residents and advocates who wanted to bring more services, resources, and opportunities to families in southwest Gainesville.
Through this nonprofit, residents can access emergency food assistance, homework help, health and dental care, early childhood education, and connections to other community resources. The annual backpack giveaway is one more way SWAG helps local children and families thrive.
Donations for Kentucky Families in Need
The Kentucky office donated to KVC Kentucky.
Our Kentucky employees support the annual back-to-school drive organized by KVC Behavioral HealthCare Kentucky. Our Tower Hill Kentucky office began supporting KVC’s drive in 2021 and has continued helping provide backpacks filled with school supplies as well as gathering monetary donations to kids in families experiencing difficult circumstances.
KVC Kentucky is a nonprofit child welfare and behavioral healthcare organization serving children and families across the state. Its services include mental and behavioral healthcare, substance use treatment, and programs focused on family preservation and reunification.
Many of the families KVC serves are navigating difficult or traumatic circumstances. Donating school supplies helps relieve one source of stress for parents while giving children the tools they need to begin the school year on a positive note.
Supporting Children in Protective Care in Dallas-Fort Worth
Our Dallas employees also collect back-to-school supplies for CASA, a nonprofit that serves children who have experienced abuse or neglect and are living in protective care.
CASA trains and supports court-appointed volunteers who advocate for children’s best interests and help them find safe, permanent homes. In addition to this advocacy, the organization accepts backpacks, books, school supplies, uniforms, and shoes to help children participate fully in school and enjoy the same back-to-school experiences as their classmates. Our Dallas office employees donate gifts over the holidays as well.

By supporting CASA’s back-to-school efforts in nearby Tarrant County, our employees help make sure children facing challenging circumstances have the supplies they need to learn, grow, and feel prepared for the year ahead.
A Tradition Powered by Our Employees
Although each office supports a different organization, every drive shares the same purpose: helping children start school with confidence.
We are grateful to the Tower Hill employees who continue to donate supplies, fill backpacks, and support families year after year. Their generosity turns a collection of notebooks, pencils, and folders into something much more meaningful: an encouraging start to a new school year.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
