We realize that, for some customers, this may mean leaving your home and evacuating the area, so we urge you to follow the advisories issued by state and local authorities. Be sure to know your local evacuation route(s) and the location of shelters in your area, should it become necessary. The safety of you and your family is our priority.

Emergency Repair Services — CastleCare

If you need emergency repair services (i.e., water removal; tarp roof; board up broken windows), please contact Tower Hill’s credentialed contractor network program, CastleCare, at 844.TOWER.11 (844.869.3711). The CastleCare Call Center for emergency repair services is available to customers 24/7.

COVID-19 and Virtual Home Inspection Option

We recognize the unique challenges and concerns due to COVID-19. Your safety and that of our Tower Hill team members is our top priority. Our team members and vendor partners follow strict COVID-19 safety protocols, including social distancing and wearing face coverings and gloves when assisting customers on-site to review damages and/or make home repairs. To minimize contact, we’ve also introduced virtual home inspections for Tower Hill customers.

Beware of post-storm fraud

Unfortunately, after a storm there is often price gouging for items high in demand such as gas and water. Price gouging is illegal! Report gouging to state authorities or download the free app for iOS and Android devices.

Building or roofing contractors also may go door-to-door after a disaster to offer assistance. Be sure to know your rights and read the fine print carefully before you sign on the dotted line! An Assignment of Benefits Agreement is sometimes provided by contractors that specialize in home repair and restoration, as well as roofers and plumbers. Before signing any document that includes Assignment of Benefits language, please read carefully and consider speaking with your insurance agent. Also referred to as an “AOB,” the agreement authorizes the contractor to act on your behalf and may allow the contractor to receive funds directly from your insurance company. By signing an Assignment of Benefits document, you may be signing away your rights.
