Personal Lines Products
Homeowners

Homeowners policies insure homes that are occupied by the owner and also provide coverage for personal possessions and liability.

Dwelling Fire

Dwelling Fire policies insure a home that is tenant occupied. This policy covers the building structure and limited contents of the home; liability coverage is also available.

Condominium Owners

Insures condominiums that are owned and occupied by policyholder or tenant and also provides coverage for personal possessions and liability.

Mobile Homeowners

Insures mobile homes that are occupied by the policyholder and also provides coverage for personal possessions and liability.

Renters

Insures policyholder property in a home that is rented, rather than owned, such as an apartment.

Flood

Covers damage due to flooding according to the guidelines established by the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).

Commercial Lines Products
Mobile Home Parks

Insures mobile home parks, resident-owned parks, travel trailer parks, and campgrounds with more than five sites.

Self Storage Facilities

Insures self-storage and mini-warehouse facilities. [Note: converted facilities that were not originally built as storage facilities and facilities used for other than storage purposes (e.g., to operate a business) are ineligible].

Homeowners' Association

Insures homeowners' associations, planned unit developments, condo or cooperative-owned communities.

Office & Retail Facilities

Insures buildings or offices (lessors' risk coverage); professional office complexes; multi-tenant retail shopping centers, and other related risks.


Ponce de Leon (Mosquito Inlet) Lighthouse
Ponce Inlet, Florida, 1887
Ponce de Leon is the tallest lighthouse in Florida standing at 175 feet tall and the second tallest in the United States. The lighthouse was first lit in 1887. The distinguishing outside characteristics of this lighthouse are the red colored tower with a black lantern top with copper roof. This lighthouse is still operational today.
