What can you expect?
Every new Tower Hill claim is assigned a claim representative who will be your primary contact from start to finish and help resolve the claim as quickly as possible. The claim rep will contact you within one business day to let you know what to expect during the claims process, who will be in contact with you, and the estimated time it will take to resolve your claim.
Prevent further damage to your home
To help avoid further damage, you can make minor repairs (i.e., placing tarps on roofs or boarding up windows). Be sure to keep your repair receipts. If possible, gather the following information prior meeting with your Claims Adjuster: an inventory of damaged items, including photos and/or receipts; and a copy of the fire or police department’s report, if applicable.
