If you have a Tower Hill flood policy separate from your homeowners policy, please contact Torrent Flood directly at 877.254.6819 to file a claim.

In 25 years of home ownership we’ve never had to file a claim until this year and we had two! We were dreading it but our experience with Tower Hill was so pleasant that we talked our oldest son into using Tower Hill for his homeowners insurance.

Claims Process

When you report a loss, you will receive a claim number for reference. All claims are assigned to an adjuster, based on the severity of the loss. Then your Claims Adjuster will contact you to schedule a date and time to inspect the damages. Whenever possible, minor claims are handled by our in-house Claims staff; however, you will still be contacted by telephone.

To help avoid further damage to your home, you can make minor repairs (i.e., placing tarps on damaged roofs or boarding up broken windows); be sure to keep your repair receipts. If possible, gather the following information prior meeting with your Claims Adjuster: an inventory of damage items, including photos and/or receipts; and a copy of the fire or police department’s report, if applicable.

Our Claims staff will walk you through the process step-by-step, so don’t hesitate to ask questions or share any concerns about your claim. After all, that’s what we’re here for. You may contact your Claims Adjuster directly, or call our Customer Service Center at 800.342.3407 between 8am and 6pm (ET) Monday through Friday.
