Describe a time when you brought a customer peace of mind.
One of the most rewarding experiences I had was with a client who had recently purchased a new home. They were anxious about ensuring their new property was properly covered, especially given the rising risks of natural disasters here in Florida as they were moving from out of state. After a thorough review of their needs, I was able to customize a homeowners policy that provided comprehensive coverage, including flood protection, which they hadn’t initially considered.
Just a short time later a major storm hit our area, and their home was severely damaged. When it came time to file a claim, I was there to walk them through the entire process, explaining each step and ensuring they understood their coverage and what to expect.
