What goes into your decision to continue to write with Tower Hill?

We have been very fortunate to have Tower Hill for as many years as we have. They basically always provided me with an open market and are a good solid quality carrier.

What have been your observations with how Tower Hill has partnered with your agency?

Claims reporting is very easy. One of the biggest things that I like with Tower Hills claims service is Erika, who is a claims liaison. If there’s ever any kind of issue, email Erika, as I did yesterday afternoon. I had an email back to me within probably a couple of hours. That is a fantastic service that Tower Hill provides us.

Can you talk a little bit about your customers’ experiences with claims?

Through these past few hurricanes, Tower Hill’s claim service has been fantastic. Very prompt in getting back to the customers and setting up the meetings. In my world, if I don’t hear back from the customer, that’s a good day. That means they’re being taken care of right.

How does Tower Hill’s service excellence benefit you and your agency?

A lot of times in a small town like this, if I’m not related to a lot of my customers, I certainly have known them for ever and ever, and I’m going to run into them in the grocery store. Customer service really matters in a place like this. That’s all we have to offer at the end of the day.

I do enjoy that part of it. I don’t really consider myself a salesman by any means. We’re just providing a service.
