Tell us a little bit about your agency’s relationship with Tower Hill.
We’ve had a wonderful partnership for more than 35 years. We write both commercial and personal lines with Tower Hill. We have grown tremendously in recent years despite the hard market, as has Tower Hill. This is an indicator of our longevity, leadership in the industry, and our commitment to our consumers.
What are consumers looking for in an insurance company these days and how does Tower Hill meet those needs?

In general, I‘ve found the consumer in the last few years wants to know information about a company’s financial strength. So the last page of the quote that goes out to the client is very helpful to them. We refer them to the rating information and to any of the publicly available financial information about reinsurance that goes out in the quarterly report.
How would you describe your clients’ experiences with Tower Hill this past hurricane season?
We had a very smooth experience. We found that claims were being responded to promptly and if there happened to be an issue, it always seems to be handled quickly by Tower Hill. We’ve been pleased.
Tell us a little about the Agency Council.
The Agency Council is a group of agents selected by Tower Hill Insurance to come together periodically to share information and insights, all in the interest of continuing to lead in the field of insurance. As an Agency Council member, I value the professionalism and relationships that our partnership with Tower Hill offers.
