As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first line of contact with our customers. Exceptional customer service directly affects our brand and customer loyalty, as well as our bottom line.
Communication and information flow is key to maintaining exceptional levels of service to our customers and agents. As a Data Entry Processor, other departments rely on you to enter a variety of data into multiple databases so that policies for our customers can be processed quickly and efficiently. As a Mail Room Associate, you are responsible for processing and uploading all incoming and outgoing mail documents.
Our Underwriters directly affect the core of our business. We rely on this team to evaluate the risk (home or property) and exposures of prospective customers. Underwriters decide how much coverage a customer should receive, or if we should deny coverage.
We depend on our Claims Representatives to investigate and evaluate property and liability claims. Our Representatives must possess the ability to be compassionate when communicating with our customers, yet highly analytical in order to evaluate the available claim information.
Our Marketing Representatives develop and successfully manage relationships with our insurance agencies, to achieve annual growth and profitability. Marketing also provides training and strategic planning for our partner agencies.
Actuarial, Product Development, and Compliance
These teams review, verify and analyze data to develop and price new insurance products and ensure that we comply with various insurance regulations. Our Actuarial analysts also help to identify industry trends and potential opportunities for new products and markets.
Information Technology and Systems
Our Human Resources team assists every department with talent management, compensation, benefits, training, payroll, organizational effectiveness, compliance and safety.
This department has two areas of focus: Accounting and Treasury. Our Accounting staff prepares financial statements for all of our companies and works with regulators, reinsurance partners, and auditors. The Treasury staff manages our banking relationships and services, customer payments, and financial planning.
