Total Compensation

As one of Florida’s most trusted names in homeowners insurance, we offer excellent opportunities for professional development, career advancement and competitive benefit packages.

At Tower Hill, we know that our employees are the most valuable part of our organization and that it is important for them to balance a successful career with a healthy lifestyle involving family, friends, and community. We offer our employees a total compensation package that far exceeds the value of their base salary alone and helps employees achieve that balance.

Medical, Prescription and Dental Coverage: Employees can elect coverage for themselves, their spouse, and their dependents. Eligible employees may participate in this program after two months of employment.

A career at THIG offers the mobility to transfer to other positions within the company. In order to assist employees in developing their career at THIG, we provide learning and development opportunities, cross training, and a centralized Learning Management System that offers instructor lead training, virtual learning, exams, and certifications. These resources help our employees earn their professional designations and licenses to further develop their skills and expertise.
