Medical, Prescription and Dental Coverage: Employees can elect coverage for themselves, their spouse, and their dependents. Eligible employees may participate in this program after two months of employment.
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance: Employees are provided with group term life insurance based on an amount equal to one times their base annual salary after two months of employment. Additional life insurance is available at a group discounted rate.

Retirement Savings: Tower Hill offers a 401(K) contribution match of 50% of their contributions up to 8% of their eligible compensation and it is fully vested after five years.

Short- and Long-Term Disability: This benefit is provided at no cost and pays 50% (short term) and 60% (long term) of lost wages due to an injury or illness that prevents them from working.

Holidays: Tower Hill offers 9.5 paid holidays per year; New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (two days), Christmas (two days), and a ½ day for UF’s homecoming.
