Well as we discussed last week, we could see some energy pinch off of a passing low and dip into the Gulf.

The GFS is the main model promoting this and seems to have some faith in its spinning up in the next 5-10 days. The other models show more of an unorganized mess bringing lots of rain to the Gulf Coast. We still have a lot of time to watch it, but we have seen other instances like this in the past. Yup. Remember Hurricane Barry 2019? Well, Google it now. I’ll wait…….. CRAZY right?
