Well, it’s been a slow week for sure. Not a whole lot of tropical stuff happening on the Atlantic side.
This time last year we had:
– 5 Tropical Storms
– 4 Canes (includes a CAT 3 & CAT 4)
So are we just going to have a blah season this year? Or is this the calm before the storm? Well, we can guess and speculate all we want, but only Mother Nature knows what lies behind the curtain. But for now…. let’s see what the models say.
Currently, we have two areas to watch over the next 7-10 days. The G has hinted at a potential Caribbean Creeper pushing into the Western Gulf.
While mother EURO that likes a potential MDR package off the East coast.
These are all far out and like the attitude of your teenager, will change oh so many times. So just be alert as we approach August. This is when it does start heating up.
